INSURANCE

For just a nominal charge you can insure all of your valuable jewellery purchases through Coloured Rocks.

The insurance covers accidental damage and theft for a period of either 12 months or 2 years.

To insure your jewellery, simply choose the option in the basket and your insurance certificate will be delivered with your jewellery.

If your item breaks or is accidentally damaged, return it to us along with your authenticity card/insurance certificate and a completed claim form, which is available on our web site.

If your item is stolen, then you will need to obtain a crime number. Complete the claim form available on our web site, and send it to us.

For all valid claims, your item will be repaired in full, or replaced in full, or will be replaced by a similar item of at least the value of the original item.

2) using the enclosed label, send your ring to our UK workshop, where we will perfectly tailor it to your finger.

3) your perfect fit ring will be returned to you within 7 - 10 days.

Prices

We keep our prices to an absolute minimum. These vary on metal type and size, starting at just £5 and capped at £20 - even for big size changes in 18k gold!

Hallmarking

This item has been hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay office.

In addition to the standard hallmark, Coloured Rocks has the optional "date stamp" applied. The reason we provide this extra service, is so as this piece is passed on to future generations they will be able to trace the date it was hallmarked by comparing the applied date symbol to official Assay Office records.
