TIPS ON RETURNING PIECES
The insurance covers accidental damage and theft for a period of either 12 months or 2 years.
To insure your jewellery, simply choose the option in the basket and your insurance certificate will be delivered with your jewellery.
If your item breaks or is accidentally damaged, return it to us along with your authenticity card/insurance certificate and a completed claim form, which is available on our web site.
If your item is stolen, then you will need to obtain a crime number. Complete the claim form available on our web site, and send it to us.
For all valid claims, your item will be repaired in full, or replaced in full, or will be replaced by a similar item of at least the value of the original item.
